To ensure fair competition and help you choose the right division, we’ve outlined the movement standards and load expectations for each category and gender.
Whether you’re stepping into the Pro, Masters, or Elite division, it’s important to understand the minimum requirements to perform in each WOD. These standards give you a clear idea of the skill level and weights you’ll encounter during the competition.
